I went to your carwash today. First time as I work nearby. Your car wash scratched my car. I believe it’s the guys before you enter the car wash. The scratches alien with the brush they prewash with. I would like to speak to someone about this. My car did not have these scratch before. I have the receipt. I went around 1:30-2pm.

Hey. Could you fix the vacuums. For the last 6 months they haven’t worked well. No suction at all. One has a broken hose the others act clogged. I tried 3 of the four vacuums and none were helping to clean the car.

On Sunday, 8.31.25 My husband & I went to your carwash. I have been a customer for decades. I almost never have my punch card with me so almost every time I am handed a new one. Each time I confirm I will be able to combine the many I have when I eventually acquire 10 punches. This date was the date that after over 2 years, I finally had 10 punches on probably 7 cards. I was excited to finally be able to obtain my free car wash. However, I was informed by “Lloyd” that he is not allowed accept combined punch cards anymore. He was polite & I do not blame him, but I am contacting management to express our frustration that after being told multiple times combining punch cards would be gladly accepted without, your company failed to honor it’s promise. It is simply not good business or customer service. I still have all of my punch cards and hope your company tries to make this right.
Vacuum are full of trash for the last month it barely pick up a lil paper, I used to work in a carwash and the Vacum everyday has to be cleaned up , I get frustrated because I can’t be Vacum my car when I’m expecting come home with a clean floor but.. the first month that I came here for the first time it works well .. hopefully they start working

I went on the 26 I been q customer for 6 year I went to wash my car I knew I didn’t have no Change i give the guy 100 dlls bill and charge me like if I have give him 50 dlls I just went I ask to review the footage and I’m still waiting for a response. .. I would like to see if I give him 50 dlls or 100 if I im wrong I will apologize but in pretty sure I give him 100 dll Bill please let me know ..
