Roberson Car Wash has installed state of the art car wash equipment to ensure you and your vehicles safety. No car wash is perfect and most complaints are found to be caused prior to arriving at the wash but noticeable after the vehicle is clean.
Please be aware and understand that Roberson Car Wash cannot be held responsible or liable for any pre-existing condition of your vehicle such as scratches, which may appear after the vehicle is clean, dents, oxidized or pealing paint, loose moldings, rock ships or cracks in windshields. Heated windshields may crack due to existing nicks, chips, or cracks when cool water is applied. Including but not limited to windshield wipers, bug shields, power antennas, license plates etc. or any non-factory (aftermarket) or non-OEM parts (Original Equipment from Manufacturer). Modified vehicles that are lowered or lifted, damage occurring during wash due to an aftermarket part, or where the car wash assisted previously damaged or worn part of the vehicle to fail. Roberson Car Wash cannot be held liable for any damage due to certain conditions including, but not limited to; pre-existing scratches, weak stitching or seals in cloth or vinyl convertible tops, power antennas not retracted, vehicle collision from other patrons, or not following vehicle guidance directions from the wash crew.
We are responsible for any damage directly caused by our equipment while your vehicle is being washed, so long as the damage does not involve a prior condition of your vehicle or is caused by another customer’s actions.
Roberson Car Wash Repair Policy:
Should your vehicle suffer damage directly caused by our equipment while your vehicle is being washed, so long as the damage does not involve a prior condition of your vehicle or is caused by another customer’s actions a car wash employee will fill out an Incident Report, you will receive the pink copy. You must have your vehicle inspected at Roberson Body Shop with in 24 hours. The Body Shop is open Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. Saturday or Sunday incidents must be inspected the following Monday. An appointment is not needed for an inspection but allow at least 30 minutes for the inspection. At the point of inspection, we will determine the cause of the damage and schedule a convenient repair time if deemed necessary. If repair is needed, we will repair your vehicle at Roberson Auto Body Shop. Should you choose to obtain an estimate or repairs from a different body shop, Roberson Car Wash reserves the right to reimburse you for the Roberson Auto Body Shop costs of your repairs.
